Chopin Society of Atlanta presents Piano Recital by Dina Yoffe
Dina Yoffe is a top prize winner at the Schumann international competition in Zwickau, Germany, and the prestigious Chopin Competition in Warsaw, Poland.

Originally from Riga (Latvia), Dina Yoffe graduated from the Tchaikovsky Conservatory of Music in Moscow, under the tutelage of Professor Vera Gornostaeva, one of the most important proponents of the legendary Heinrich Neuhaus school.
 
The concert activities of Dina Yoffe are well known throughout the world, including in France, Germany, England, Russia, Israel, Japan, the United States, Finland, and Poland.  Among the high points of her international career are concerts with outstanding orchestras, such as the Israel Philharmonic under Zubin Mehta, the NHK  Symphony Orchestra under Neville Marriner, the Moscow Philharmonic under Valery Gergiev and Dmitri Kitayenko, the Tokyo Metropolitan Orchestra under James De Priest, the  Kremerata Baltica chamber orchestra under Gidon Kremer, the   Moscow Soloists chamber orchestra under Yuri Bashmet, and the Orchestra  Sinfonia Varsovia under Jerzy Kaspszyk.

She has also performed in recitals during famous events, such as the  Chopin and His Europe festival in Warsaw, Poland, the Chopin Festival in Duszniki, the  Bayreuth Festival in Germany, the Elba  Musical Island of Europe Festival in Italy, and the Summit Music Festival in the U.S., as well as concerts in the Barbican Centre in London, Suntory  Hall in Tokyo , Minato Mirai Hall in Yokohama, the  Sala Verdi and the  Serate Musicale in Milan, Musikverein and Konzerthaus in Vienna, and the Great Hall of Moscow Conservatory. She also performed a concert at the Royal Palace in the Hague for Her Majesty Queen Beatrice.

Dina Yoffe has given numerous master classes in France, Germany, and at the Royal Academy of Music in London. Since 2000 she has been guest professor at the Summit Music Festival in New York and guest professor at the Yamaha master classes in Paris, New York, Hamburg, and Tokyo.

In addition to her broad solo and orchestral career, Dina Yoffe is also an active participant in chamber music festivals, where she played together with many internationally renowned musicians, such as Gidon Kremer, Yuri Bashmet, Victor Tretiakov, Vadim Repin, Michael Vaiman, Mario Brunello and others. Piano recitals of Chopin’s works that Dina Yoffe gave in Tokyo, Osaka, and Yokohama were filmed and broadcast by NHK, Japan’s national public broadcasting organization.

Dina Yoffe has given numerous master classes in France, Germany, and at the Royal Academy of Music in London. Since 2000 she has been guest professor at the Summit Music Festival in New York and guest professor at the Yamaha master classes in Paris, New York, Hamburg, and Tokyo.
