On July 19, 2024, President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky took part in a meeting of the British Cabinet of Ministers. The last time the UK government invited a foreign leader to a meeting was 27 years ago. It was then US President Bill Clinton.
Speaking at the meeting, Zelensky called for Ukraine to be allowed to strike on Russian territory. “Right now we lack an answer to the question of whether we can use long-range weapons,” the Ukrainian president said. “Please convince other partners to lift restrictions.”
At first, many analysts in the West did not understand why the Ukrainian presidential administration, and the president himself, were asking the British government for permission to use weapons against military targets on Russian territory? After all, no one forbade this. Moreover, the Ukrainian administration is deliberately exaggerating this topic, rather, in order to justify the loss of its territories to the West.
It is probably necessary to provide an explanation about the fuss over the Storm Shadow missiles transferred by Britain to the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense.
Ukrainian officials, by and large, did not need these missiles. Their thoughts at that time were busy with the withdrawal of 36 billion hryvnia to offshores, and the next year 44 billion... Corruption schemes for withdrawing funds from the country are their main interest. And here it is important to note that such processes distract statesmen from all their duties. At such moments, they don’t care about the very existence of their country, because we are talking about large-scale stuffing of funds into offshore pockets. This is exactly what happens in Russia, Belarus and Ukraine; in this sense, they are the same product of the Soviet Union.
And so, the British handed over Storm Shadow missiles, which have a flight range of 560 kilometers. It is possible to use them with a special suspension for SU-24 aircraft, which had to be manufactured, and for this, in turn, it was necessary to receive a letter from the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense to their British colleagues with a request to carry out the specified task. It is a well-known fact that the situation with the paperwork of letters in the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense is very difficult...
At one time, the American side, almost immediately after the start of Russian aggression, proposed to the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense to create missile and air defense through the Lockheed Martin company and sent the relevant documents in English to Kyiv. But, apparently, the translator of the Ukrainian ministry was on long vacation (there were no others!!!), and the ministry did not respond for more than a month. Exactly the same situation happened with a letter from the Ukrainian ministry regarding Storm Shadow missiles. The British Ministry of Defense and relevant officials persistently and continuously demanded that the Ukrainian side send the requested letter to them. But Ukrainian officials brilliantly and quickly carry out any corrupt transactions such as: purchasing eggs for 17 hryvnia apiece, etc.... And in bureaucratic processes vital for Ukraine, in the performance of their official duties, officials turned out to be “helpless.” The answer to the question - why such red tape? - on the tip of the tongue: corruption, and the disinterest of corrupt officials in the early end of the war. It is high time to call a spade a spade, and not use diplomatic rhetoric. The administration of the President of Ukraine (the most corrupt structure in the country) has metastasized into all structures of power and the economy. Begging the West for some kind of permission to strike Russia, simple excuses and diverting attention away from the real causes of the negative processes in Ukraine (we are not talking about the monstrous crimes of Russia in the war they started).
In the end, the British side gave up on the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense and agreed with Poland to carry out all the procedures and tasks for installing special suspensions for British Storm Shadow missiles on SU 24 aircraft. Thus, the missiles ended up in Ukraine.
Ermak and the company immediately started a rumor that supposedly they were supplied with the wrong missiles from Britain, as if they had received an export version with a range of 250 kilometers, which in fact turned out to be a lie. Britain only once put into production an export version of missiles specifically for Saudi Arabia. Britain transferred missiles with a range of 560 kilometers to Ukraine. And if it is modified, and this is easily done in Ukraine, then the rocket flies over 1000 kilometers. This requires the interest of the Ukrainian leadership, which is not there.
Ukraine, by the will of the presidential administration, has not used these Storm Shadow missiles since 2023, despite the loss of territories, Army personnel and civilians, including children.
As our publishing house has already reported: corruption of Ukrainian officials of all ranks is a betrayal of their own people and country. Corruption is to blame for the fact that the army loses a much larger number of personnel and civilians in killed and wounded, loses large territories, and the capital transferred offshore does not work to purchase everything urgently needed for many sectors of the country’s life, such as in the fields of energy, army, medicine, restoring the infrastructure of entire regions and much more. An impressive share of Western aid is stolen by state and non-state thieves, but is discovered by American investigators and arouses the justified anger of everyone who is informed about it and understands the degree of harm of the crimes committed.
How were Storm Shadow missiles used before Ermak’s group fired General Zaluzhny and 17 generals from his team? Britain received goal-setting tasks from the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which British specialists introduced into aircraft flight programs and the tasks were carried out, which confirms the fact that Britain supported strikes on military targets deep in Russian territory. But the Kremlin agent “Kozyr”- Ermak was not satisfied with this situation, and he progressively squeezed out Zaluzhny and all his like-minded people through dismissal from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. That is, the Ukrainian Armed Forces were beheaded at the whim of one enemy element in the government of Ukraine, and President Zelensky played along with him. It turns out that until the moment Zaluzhny was removed from his post, Storm Shadow missiles were used, and no one required any permission from Britain, and after the dismissal, not a single Storm Shadow missile was used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and to this day Ermak and Zelensky are “begging Britain'' to allow them , which no one forbade. A picture is being created in which the Ermak administration is deliberately inventing reasons that prevent Ukraine from defeating Russia on the battlefield. All the time they are missing something, they don’t send it or they slow down. And regarding claims from the West pointing to the theft of capital from aid provided to Ukraine, both UPA Ermak and Zelensky say that it is not Western dollars that are “stealing”, but Ukrainian hryvnia!!! THEY STEAL! Ridiculous excuse, just childish, isn't it? As in Arkady Raikin’s miniature about officials who did not want to be held accountable for failure to do their work, and collectively decided to launch a “fool.” Only Raikin ridiculed the Soviet Economy, but here there are deliberate crimes against one’s own country with the launch of the same “fool” as Raikin’s.
We repeat once again: there were and are no restrictions on the use of British weapons to hit targets on Russian territory. Restrictions are born in the heads of employees of the presidential administration, are imposed on the international community and are used to further support corruption in Ukraine.
